What we do
- Every page has one main heading and a logical order of section headings, and every essay has a table of contents with links to its sections.
- Body text is set in a generous size with ample line spacing and a limited line length, and you can enlarge it with your browser’s zoom up to 200% without losing content.
- Text and background colours are chosen for sufficient contrast, and links are underlined rather than shown by colour alone.
- The site can be used with a keyboard alone; a "skip to content" link appears first, and focused elements have a visible outline.
- Decorative ornaments are hidden from screen readers; informative images have text alternatives.
- There is no autoplaying audio or video, and animations are reduced if your device asks for reduced motion.
